With a deep desire to help people feel better and lead happier lives, Lisa loves coming to work every day, knowing she will be making a positive difference. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has enjoyed a thriving career for over eighteen years. Lisa spent the majority of her career in pediatrics and a level three neonatal intensive care unit until discovering her passion for aesthetics. It is because of her combined knowledge, skills, and love for all of these areas that she provides well-rounded, individualized, and compassionate care to all her clients.
Lisa enjoys educating her patients on aesthetics by providing a thorough assessment and explaining how each product can help enhance and maintain natural beauty. She has found that with her years of experience working in the NICU, she brings a gentle touch, compassion, and care to each patient experience. As this is an ever-changing field, Lisa values the importance of ongoing education and seeks opportunities to gain more knowledge and new skill sets. Because she understands the importance of keeping current with the latest products, techniques, technology, and trends; she prides herself on her ability to provide her patients with the highest level of care. Overall Lisa has found that the aesthetic industry has truly allowed her to tap into and appreciate both the scientific and artistic side of nursing.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time at home, camping, skiing, and being somewhere near the beach with her family and friends.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR, MD
Dr. Alexandra Ruggiero, a seasoned physician with a wealth of experience, brings a unique
blend of urgent care proficiency and a background as an Associate Medical Director in Health
Insurance. In the realm of aesthetics, her journey began during family medicine residency,
where she engaged in several rotations with an aesthetics practice, gaining hands-on
experience in toxin and filler injections, as well as assisting in cool sculpting procedures.
Currently engaged in the dynamic field of obesity medicine telemedicine with Sequence Health,
Dr. Ruggiero boasts extensive experience in prescribing GLP1 medications, showcasing her
commitment to holistic patient care. Her role as an Associate Medical Director for a health plan
underlines her leadership capabilities and commitment to overseeing and guiding medical
teams. In her prior role with CVS minute clinic, Dr. Ruggiero served as a Collaborating Physician
for over two years, demonstrating her collaborative approach in various medical

Kirsten's journey into aesthetic nursing is a long-standing dream fulfilled. At a very young age, she knew that caring for people was where her talents and passion would be best utilized in the medical field. In her 26 years of nursing experience, she has gained skill and knowledge from a vast array of specialties from pediatric ER, to cardiovascular and plastic surgery, to neonatal intensive care.
Early in her career, she recognized her aptitude for precision in the realm of intravenous catheterization, venipuncture, and fine detail work with needles. Kirsten has a natural eye for aesthetic work, a strong background in aseptic technique, an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, and is passionate about patient safety. In pursuing her aesthetic nurse injector certification, she questioned where she fit in with so many others entering the field. She strongly believes that everyone deserves access to aesthetics and that each of us defines our beauty standards. Kirsten realized that it was most important to her to create a safe space for people of all genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds to receive treatments with the intent of building confidence and helping people to feel their best.
She is dedicated to building positive relationships with her clients and striving to achieve each of her unique client's desired results. Kirsten loves to travel the world and experience foreign cultures. She feels deeply connected to nature and even fancies herself a self-taught horticulturist. She believes the desert is magic and can’t get enough of the beauty of Sonora.
